You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of GreenRobot Services and any related Software as protected under international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret laws, regulations and treaties. You warrant that the Content posted by you, will be owned by you, or you will have been granted the permission to use it. You acknowledge that GreenRobot cannot undertake the screening of all Content, but that GreenRobot and its designees shall have the right, but not the obligation, in its sole discretion to delete, any Content that violates the TOS or is otherwise objectionable.

GreenRobot does not own any of the Content you post, but by placing Content on the Service you are providing GreenRobot with a worldwide, royalty-free, unlimited, non-exclusive license to publicly display, modify, reproduce and distribute your Content on the site for editorial and promotional purposes of the site. Indemnity

Modification and Termination of the Service
